the breakfast was acceptable (nothing special, though).
The service at the beach bar was terrible. I arrived, waited a long time, and never got served. staff seemed to ignore me, while other customers got their drinks, a clear sign that non-hotel guests aren't a priority. i left without anyone even noticing, really annoying.

the beach villa was spacious and very clean. it was great, it had a jacuzzi. the outdoor shower was such a treat, and there were tvs in both the lounge and the bedroom.
I waited a while before someone took my order. it was more than 15 minutes. my drinks never came, and others got theirs first. It felt unfair. because i wasn't a hotel guest, i felt ignored

The king-size bed guaranteed a restful night's sleep, and i loved the provided beach bag. daily iced water at the beach was so refreshing. the gardens were pristine, a testament to the dedicated grounds team. breakfast had diverse options including asian and international dishes. i especially enjoyed noodle soup each morning.

the beachfront location provided easy access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. tuk-tuk rides were readily available, and i found it easy to explore the surrounding area. the sunsets are so romantic.

I found the location to be perfect, near many restaurants and shops. The complimentary airport transfer eased travel stress. The staff was warm, friendly, and were pretty good too ensure I was happy. I took advantage of the bicycles available at no extra charge.
