terrible service ignored customer
the breakfast was acceptable (nothing special, though).
The service at the beach bar was terrible. I arrived, waited a long time, and never got served. staff seemed to ignore me, while other customers got their drinks, a clear sign that non-hotel guests aren't a priority. i left without anyone even noticing, really annoying.

beach villa outdoor shower spacious room slow service ignored order unfair treatment
the beach villa was spacious and very clean. it was great, it had a jacuzzi. the outdoor shower was such a treat, and there were tvs in both the lounge and the bedroom.
I waited a while before someone took my order. it was more than 15 minutes. my drinks never came, and others got theirs first. It felt unfair. because i wasn't a hotel guest, i felt ignored

spacious rooms relaxing atmosphere dedicated team diverse options
The spacious rooms offered a relaxing atmosphere. The king-size bed guaranteed a restful night's sleep, and i loved the provided beach bag. daily iced water at the beach was so refreshing. the gardens were pristine, a testament to the dedicated grounds team. breakfast had diverse options including asian and international dishes. i especially enjoyed noodle soup each morning.

the villas featured well maintained balconies and small gardens. i walked directly to the beach and watched the sunset, and i loved that the rooms were equipped with both a balcony and a small private garden.

the beachfront location provided easy access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. tuk-tuk rides were readily available, and i found it easy to explore the surrounding area. the sunsets are so romantic.

Really good stay with attentive service
convenient location airport transfer friendly staff guest bicycles
I found the location to be perfect, near many restaurants and shops. The complimentary airport transfer eased travel stress. The staff was warm, friendly, and were pretty good too ensure I was happy. I took advantage of the bicycles available at no extra charge.

I found the breakfast buffet varied. it was tasty with western and thai options. pool areas were splendid. towels and food were provided by attentive staff. But the pool was amazing!
